They never apologized to us for their mistake and causing this huge confusion, and the old guy was speaking to us in a rude, angry way saying 'you picked the wrong day to talk to me'.

(Thankfully booking apologized on their behalf and even offered a free stay which we do not intent on using ever) Very rude hosts, which is sad really because it ruined everyone's mood when we were being very polite and calm. After intensively arguing with us, we were forced to contact Booking ourselves to sort this scam out and ended up losing the whole afternoon. They even tried to charge us twice for the room, with the excuse that there is a problem with and that they didn't receive the payment. Dangerous spikes randomly popping out of the room walls and bathroom, shower curtain moulded, sink clogged. Very dirty pillows with yellow stains, dirty towels and small bugs around the floor. Extremely dirty room upon arrival, and on the second day they refused to clean the room properly, leaving a group of 5 people without basic products, like toilet paper or clean towels. DO NOT visit this place, photos speak for themselves. THIS IS INSANE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! When pictures talk: He was very rude as when I got to him to make a complaint about our room he replied to me “I am not in the mood today and go away before I talked to you in a bad way”.

We asked for a manager about why our room it was not cleaned, and the only person who was there it was the owner’s husband. The lady she never asked as if we enjoyed our stay instead she had a very bad attitude and she didn’t even say goodbye. The owner lady came to our room and started knocking the door in order to leave the room as soon as possible. Check out time: Nobody was mentioned what are the hours of the check out as we have to figure it out by ourselves. The floor was very dirty and nobody change our towels as I also like to mention that 2 of the towels that they first gave us were dirty. When we got back to our room nothing was cleaned and the trash can was full. Housekeeping department: We left the hotel before 4pm and we ask very kindly if they can clean our room when we leave and they said yes.

First, the owner of the hotel she has no clue about what hospitality is and how to talk in a nicely way to her guests as also she tried to double charged us for our stay with the excuse that the payment didn’t went through because we had booked through.

I would like to make a list of what happened and mention all of the facts we had to deal with. Went to Fyrogenis Palace on Sunday 08/11/19 for 2 nights and our stay was the baddest experience we ever had.
