Resolve Partner Support inquiries across the suite of Stack Sports Solutions software via multiple customer contact channels (Phone, CRM, Email, Chat etc.).

Experience with Slack, Salesforce, and Google Suite.Experience supporting and or troubleshooting software.Experience and/or understanding of organized Sports League Management.A true self starter who completes learned tasks with minimal instruction, while also collaborating effectively with team members across software solutions.The ability to explain multi-step solutions to non-technical customers.1-2 years of B2B or B2C Customer Service/Account Management experience.Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.Our commitment to our Partners defines who we are, so having a positive attitude and a passion for providing technical solutions is critical.
